Join Western Riverina Arts for the opening of the exhibition - Near & Far: Yearning / Community / Connection Western Sydney-based curator Ebony Secombe has been working with artists from her own community to bring together 'Near & Far: Yearning / Community / Connection', and the exhibition will provide a sampler of work by artists from diverse practices and backgrounds across Western Sydney. Artists such as Linda Brescia, Hedar Abbas Abadi and Shivanjani Lal reflect on personal experiences in regards to what it means for them to exist within and on the peripherals of communities in Western Sydney through the selection and presentation of new and old works.
