We look forward to seeing familiar faces as well as new as we participate in this event that means so much to our communities of Grong Grong and Matong. The programme will be the same as last year with the ride to Matong and return or part there of or a walk to Bundidgerry Channel and back. Lots of good food, a few drinks, Jumping Castle and Softball entertainment will follow your cardio workout.
